Refund & Alteration Policy for Bridal Alterations
At Nini's Thread Shop, we understand that bridal alterations are a delicate and essential part of your special day. Our goal is to ensure your dress fits beautifully, and we take great care in every adjustment. Please review our policy below:
Bridal Alterations Policy
• All bridal alteration services are final sale and non-refundable once the alteration process has begun.
• If an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will provide a complimentary correction to resolve the problem.
• Alterations are done based on the measurements taken at your fitting. We are not responsible for changes in body size or shape after alterations have begun. Additional adjustments may be available for an extra fee.
Fitting & Adjustment Guidelines
• We recommend scheduling fittings well in advance to allow enough time for multiple rounds of adjustments if needed.
• Any additional alteration requests after the final fitting may incur extra charges.
• If a client is unsatisfied with the alterations due to a change of preference (not an error on our part), we will do our best to accommodate further changes at an additional cost.
Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations must be requested before the first fitting to receive a partial refund (minus consultation fees or any materials already used).
• Once the alteration process has started, the service is non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Alterations
• If you believe an error has been made, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup so we can assess the issue and provide necessary adjustments.
